Local businesses are the backbone of any good community. Genuinely one of the chillest guys I’ve ever talked to. My phone screen is good as new and it didn’t hurt my wallet. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and great service! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has phone trouble and wants to support local businesses!!

Shawn was wonderful in helping me restore my phone to working order. A couple months ago he was super through in making sure he order the right parts for my power button. He was great with communication, understanding my needs, providing reasonable expectations, pricing, a good timeline, and keeping me up to date on the status of my repair ticket while I waited on the necessary parts to come in. He happened to have came in perfect clutch with getting my parts to me for my work schedule. (Ps part of that had to do with my gut intuition not to hesitate in calling around to find a phone repair store that could get it fixed) Needless to say, my customer satisfaction was through the roof! I'll definitely be going around reccomending him to others. The only major thing I'd change about the interaction would be to suggest to have better signage from both corners of the the street that the store is on.
